We manufacture machines that pretreat fabric, then dye it and subsequently fixate it using proprietary patented technology we developed in-house. We use zero amount of water while the traditional printing steps include steaming and washing the fabric after printing in order to ensure proper bonding of the chemicals. We waste minimum energy and also install our own recuperation unit to use every bit of heat and force it back to the machine. The whole process is operated by only one supervisor thanks to our clever proprietary software.

The fundamental difference is that we use pigments with ecology certificates instead of reactive chemicals that require so much water. Applicability is unbeatable as pigments can be used on every material even the specialized ones such as childwear being absolutely harmless or military clothing (waterproof, windproof, fireproof) and so on. For example, flags are exposed to constant sun. Pigments tackle all the current problems textile producers face.

Inks

For all kinds of textile fabrics:

  • Oeko-Tex  standards 100 based pigment inks
  • Suitable for printing on all kinds of fabrics incl. 100% cotton
